Bill Rothacker
Bill Rothacker is the President of Cadence. Bill focuses on high margin investments, bringing a disciplined approach towards decision-making that emphasizes risk analysis and real
estate fundamentals.
Prior to establishing Cadence, Bill held a 21 year tenure at Trammell Crow Company, where he was part of the national executive committee of one of the largest diversified real estate service companies in the world. Bill was responsible for all retail activities from 1994 through 2001. During this time, he led over $350 million of investments and was involved in overseeing $1 billion of investment transactions.
Bill holds an MBA and MS and BS degrees in Engineering from Stanford University.
Greg Ham
Greg Ham is the co-founder and Managing Partner of Cadence. He is responsible for site selection and development of single tenant build-to-suit and mixed-use properties. Greg has 20 years experience in real estate brokerage and development, working with corporate users of real estate nationwide, as well as internationally.
Greg holds a J.D. from the University of Denver Law School and bachelor's degree in economics from Colorado College. He is a licensed attorney in the state of Colorado.
Dave Becker
Dave Becker is Chief Financial Officer for Cadence, and has over 20 years of financial management experience. His extensive international finance and legal background enables the company to handle a wide range of complex or unusual transactions.
Dave led the financing of over $500 million in real estate acquisitions and was the Chief Financial Officer for two publicly-traded REITs. He is a certified public accountant and member of the Colorado Bar Association.
Lucy Dinneen
Lucy Dinneen is a Development Partner at Cadence. She is responsible for client development, site selection, and build-to-suit development projects in Colorado. She has 14 years of real estate development and finance experience.
In addition to development, her background includes project finance and institutional investment sales. Lucy holds an MBA from the Harvard Business School and bachelor's degree from Harvard College.
