Colorado
Over the past 25 years, the Cadence team has played a key role in acquiring, developing, and managing revenue-generating properties in the Denver Metro area. We continue to specialize in build-to-suit and small center development that result in immediate and long-term gains for property owners and investors.
California
Since acquiring our first shopping center in November, 2002, Cadence has puchased shopping centers valued at $170 million thoughout California. We acquire, reposition, and redevelop opportunistic and core plus (undermanaged) shopping centers. Our value-added approach turns previously poor performing properties into attractive opportunities and/or significantly increases returns on otherwise fully occupied properties.
Mid-Atlantic
We provide in-depth knowledge of site selection and entitlements in a marketplace known for its complexity and barriers to entry. On behalf of our clients, we have successfully secured competitive locations where market penetration has traditionally proven to be extremely difficult.
Business Expansion and Target Markets
We pursue real estate acquisitions and developments in existing markets, and plan to expand geographically into western markets on an opportunistic basis.
